Meet the Cast of The Sound of Music!
We are proud to announce the casting for the VOS production of The Sound of Music. Leading the company are Taylor Cole as Maria Rainer and J.P. Baldwin as Captain Georg von Trapp.
Taylor is thrilled to be fulfilling a lifelong dream of performing in The Sound of Music. She is a graduate of the Dance Performance program at Centennial College and works as a dance teacher in Toronto. Previous credits include; Snow White and the Magnificent North of 7 and The Rocky Horror Show (Stirling Festival Theatre).
J.P. is grateful to have been working professionally in Theatre for over 27 years as a singer, actor, dancer, choreographer and director. J.P. has traveled throughout Canada, including The Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, Globus Theatre in Bobcaygeon, The Stirling Festival Theatre, The Arts Club Theatre in Vancouver, StageWest in Calgary and The Factory Theatre in Toronto. J.P. is a graduate of the Music Theatre – Performance Program at Sheridan College.
