Audition Call: Wizard of Oz

Auditions for the VOS production of the Wizard of Oz are coming up!

Auditions are open to a wide range of ages – from 8-88!

Location: Citizens Forum at Victoria Hall, Cobourg
Date: Wednesday, September 13 & Thursday, September 14
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Please book your audition appointment by emailing us at theatre@vostheatre.com.

Please let us know what character(s) you wish to audition for (or ensemble), so that we can then send a script portion for that character ahead of time.

Bluebirds: Audition Call

We are auditioning for three women aged 21 to 50 for Bluebirds, by Vern Thiessen.

Time: Tuesday, August 15th 7 to 8:30 pm
Location: Citizen’s Forum, Victoria Hall

Please come prepared to sing a piece of your choice and to do a cold reading.

Performances will be on November 3rd and 4th at Victoria Hall, Concert Hall, Cobourg.

Étaples, France, 1918. Nurses Christy, Maggie, and Bab have crossed oceans to care for wounded Canadian soldiers in the Great War. Despite the terrible injuries they must deal with, they manage to stay hopeful as the dangers of the front draw closer to their hospital.
